  Peak Season Period :
Cancellation is received by the hotel up to 31 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. Any cancellation within 31 days, reservation full night penalty will be charged.
 
  High Season Period :
Cancellation is received by the hotel up to 21 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. Any cancellation within 21 days, a night penalty will be charged.
 
  Green Season Period : (Low Season)
Cancellation is received by the hotel up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. Any cancellation within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.
 
  No Show Policy :
No show on the arrival date will be fully charged of all entire reservation period.
 
  Early Check Out :
The rest of reservation period will be charged.
